Earlier this week we covered how Niantic cancelled the global Mewtwo Legendary Raid Hour after they failed to start it on-time. The event has been rescheduled for October 8th and trainers, many of them had to take time off of work in order to guarantee that they could join their raid groups on time, are not happy that the event has been rescheduled so far into the future. Additionally, many of them felt that they deserved compensation from Niantic for their troubles and that a three hour raid day isn’t too much to ask. Niantic is not making many friends with these decisions.

The Legendary Raid Hour isn’t the only way trainers can catch Mewtwo. They also have the opportunity to catch the elusive Pokemon in five star raid challenges. However, those don’t appear to be going too well for many of the trainers.

Sorry trainer, your old Mewtwo’s are no longer good enough. Better luck with these new Mewtwo’s. If you can catch one that is.

Those of you Ingress agents who weren’t already aware, [redacted] is being retired at the end of the month and won’t be available for use in anomalies anymore. Have a nice day.

Someone is going to hurt the feelings of the intern who designed Avenir.

Yeah, wizard, about that. Communicating early and often isn’t really Niantic’s style. This is a little like asking them to release a product on time.
