Two days ago Niantic announced that they were aware of the issues Prime users were having logging in to their scanners:

Attention Agents, we are currently working on resolving a technical issue impacting your ability to access Ingress Prime. We will update you as more information becomes available. Thanks for your patience.

Today Niantic announced a 2xAP bonus to make up for any losses agents might have incurred while being unable to login to Prime:

We thank you for your patience over the weekend with login issues! We're extending the 2xAP Hacking Bonus by 24 hours to make up for the lost time. The bonus will now go until 1800 UTC Nov 13.

However, agents who lost their Sojourner’s are just SOL.
