Earlier today ingress.com was relaunched including a coded message. Decoders from both factions went to work and soon discovered that the decoded message was:

However, despite all the effort of relaunching the website and including an encoded message, someone at Niantic hit a button and Prime was released as a forced upgrade for Ingress 1.x on all Apple and Android devices.
